This brown bear was chasing salmon during the annual salmon run at Brooks Falls, Alaska. While there was no barrier between me and the hungry bears, they were far more interested in fattening up on salmon than they were eyeing me for lunch. This one bear was chasing salmon in the shallow water and I managed to capture it running right at me! Needless to say, it gave me a moment of concern, but again, the bear was chasing fish and not me.
