Image Notes

Hundreds of thirsty Zebra came down to the river to drink in small groups, while designated lookouts above were carefully watching for predators. Groups Zebras came down to drink, rotating after satisfying their thirst. Moments after I made this image, the lookouts let out a warning, similar to a donkey braying, and the Zebras suddenly panicked and galloped up the hill to safety. Most likely, the lookouts spied a lion which caused the stampede.
